Youth engaged in a variety of summer enrichment and activities like, exploring STEM; tutoring; peer mentoring; job training; leadership, life, and work readiness skills; financial literacy; drug awareness and prevention by MPD; and cosmetology techniques. Twenty (20) primary students, K-8, also participated in six weeks of STEM-based activities that included math, science, technology, reading, and creative arts. Field trips, and recreational activities to museums, libraries, gardens, research centers, and other places of interest added much fun.
